Job Responsibilities.

1.Completing pre-project research, industry research, business visiting plan, negotiation preparation and sales work independently or with assistance.
2.Responsible for independently or assist in carrying out productive business visit arrangements, reception of visiting companies, on-site business negotiations, etc.
3. Summarizing business negotiation experience, drafting meeting minutes, and implementing related work, etc.
4. Completing the development status of key industries and the list of enterprises in target areas and form the contact list of sales targets according to the requirements of leaders.
5. Responsible for the client maintenance, data collection, business opportunities docking and other value-added services after the project, good at discovering new increment and new opportunities
6. Assist the management team in the construction and regular maintenance of the project database.
7. Implement other work tasks assigned by the company and department leaders.

Application requirements.

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in BEYOND-focus industries such as: artificial intelligence, information science, new energy, healthcare, life science etc. preferred.
2. Good English reading and writing skills and be able to conduct business communication in English proficiently; strong business handling and coordination skills are required.
3. Experience in exhibition marketing/sales or the innovation department of F500 companies is preferred.
4. Preferably with a wide range of business leads and networks
5. requires a high commitment and dedication, good team spirit and strong anti-stress ability.

岗位职责:

1.负责独立或协助完成项目前期研究、行业调查、商务拜访计划、商务谈判计划筹备及销售工作;
2.负责独立或协助开展卓有成效的商务拜访安排、来访企业宣传接待、现场商务洽谈等工作;
3.负责独立或协助总结商务谈判经验、起草会议纪要、跟踪落实会议后续工作等;
4.负责独立或协助完成重点行业发展现状及目标地区企业名单,根据领导要求,形成企业销售目标联系名录;
5.负责项目售后的客户维护、资料搜集、商务机遇对接等增值服务工作,善于在存量中发掘新增量、新机遇;
6.负责或协助管理团队招商项目数据库的建设与定期维护工作;
7.落实公司、部门领导交办的其它工作任务。

应聘要求:

1.全日制本科及以上学历,人工智能、信息科学、新能源、生命科学、医疗健康等等BEYOND博览会涉及的专业领域优先;
2.具有良好的英文读写能力,能熟练地用英语进行商务交流;要求具备较强的商务处理能力和协调能力;
3.具有会展招商或F500企业创新部门或知名加速器策划运营的从业经历优先;
4.拥有广泛的招商资源及信息获取渠道者优先;
5.要求具有高度的责任心与敬业精神,良好的团队精神,抗压能力强;
